We are always looking for committed volunteers to give a voice to the art we have on view in our galleries.
Volunteering as a docent or an intern is a great way to give back to your community, and it is a great way to meet other members of your community. As a volunteer, you will make long-lasting connections with others through your enthusiasm for African art and history.
Our volunteers are the backbone of our institution and we could not do what we do without their support. All of our tours are led by our passionate volunteer docents and your voice could be part of sharing the diverse rich history of Africa with museum visitors.
